At Solis Betancourt our ultimate goal is the appropriate individualization of each project. With skills well grounded in the classical orders, Solis Betancourt has developed substantial experience with contemporary design. In order to further our ability to meet each client’s requirements, our firm has developed close working relationships with national and international consultants and contractors in various fields such as lighting, textiles, antiques, contemporary furnishings, millwork, metallurgy and conservations of all types. Through repeated work with this select group, we can better assure delivery of the design solution.

Prior to forming Solis Betancourt, Jose Solis trained as an architect at Cornell University and gained years of experience in the office of Skidmore Owens and Merrill, as well as in the office of John Saladino.

Solis Betancourt has accepted numerous award commissions and has a signature collection of lighting represented through Holly Hunt Showrooms.
